How does the word "Recovery" sound to you? In years past we've focused on cleansing, fitness, food changes, and other high energy focuses in January, but this year we want to simply work on restoring you from the inside out. With two simple products, we ask for about one minute of your day to achieve some big results. Does that make you exhale with relief?

In January you'll be joining us for a special but very simple Recovery Challenge to invest in the restoration of your health and skin from the inside out.

What you will do:

• Take one Longevity Softgel daily with food.
• Add 1-2 droppers of CBD Beauty Boost to your hand and apply evenly to your face, neck, chest, or anywhere you could use a moisturizing boost!
• Reduce toxic facial products and makeups in any way that you can.

That's it. There's no more to it. Literally will take a minute total, and you will not believe the results! A: Grab some today! But while you're waiting, drink your Ningxia, use some frankincense or another great skin oil on your face, and join us!

Q: How many Longevity gels should I take?
A: One per day is recommended with food.

Q: What if I already have the Longevity Oil?
A: We recommend the supplements for easy ingestion, but you can also make capsules from the oil blend by buying empty veggie capsules from Young Living and adding 5-10 drops of Longevity Oil to them along with a carrier oil.

Q: What if I'm a vegetarian?
A: You'll want to make your own capsules with the Longevity Oil because the softgels contain bovine ingredients.
